To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund an order if it hasn't shipped out yet.
Returns and Refunds
For returns, we will issue refunds for items that are shipped back intact and unused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective and Broken Candles
We will replace items that are unusable or damaged during shipping, but require a photograph of the items for insurance claims. Please contact us right away.
We currently do not accept international wholesale orders, but hope to in the future!
Some of our product are retail-only and not currently available for wholesale. This includes our 2 oz tins, bookish merch and any clearance items.
